Harold Roe
Harold is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Advanced Benefit Concepts (ABC). In his work with individual employees of ABC's clients, Harold provides basic financial literacy education to groups of employees and personal one-on-one assistance regarding selection of employer specific benefit options for insurance protections and retirement plans. When desired, Harold will connect clients’ employees to personal financial planners and CPAs to provide other elements of the personal financial planning process that are not part of the employer’s benefit offering.
Harold is a trailblazer in the arena of personal income tax strategies both in and beyond employee benefit plans. His personal financial planning and income tax philosophies are spelled out in detail in his new book, “Wish I’d Met You Sooner” scheduled for release in the summer 2021.
Harold earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Harvard Business School in 1996.
Kevin Clingan
After almost 30 years in the Corporate Health & Welfare field, Kevin is excited to serve the community he has called home for the last 15 years. The opportunity to bring his experience in financial and risk management to businesses and employees guided him to co-founding Advanced Benefit Concepts.
Kevin and his wife Shelley (a 7th generation Franklin resident) are raising their 5 children on the family farm in Franklin. All of their children are either attending, or are the recent product of the Williamson County School District where Shelley has been teaching for over 20 years.
Kevin has been an active member of Brentwood Baptist Church where he has served as a deacon for over a decade. They both enjoy attending various children’s activities including high school football, dance competitions and Tusculum University Volleyball matches.
